Dr Kerry Burns
BSc Physics & Geology BSc (Hons) Geology, PhD Geology University of Tasmania

Professor Burns is a geologist and geophysicist with immense international experience in both academia and industry. He holds a BSc, BSc (Hons) and PhD from the University of Tasmania. Kerry spent almost 15 years as a Consultant to Los Alamos National Laboratory, Los Alamos, New Mexico USA leading research into the evaluation of the potential of Hot Dry Rocks in the USA. Subsequent work as a consultant has been to extend his knowledge into volcanic and sedimentary geothermal systems.
